TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery charges/changes to order

1.1 Any orders under £50 before discount is applied will cost £10 to ship, any orders with a value of £50 or more will be free to ship.

1.2 Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you, your order should take a maximum of 2~3 days (if all products are in stock)  to reach you via our courier service, who will send you a text the morning of delivery.

1.3 If you would like to collect your order from our store, please contact us and we will give you further information

1.4 Our deliveries are made with “no signature required”. This is because our orders are in temperature controlled packaging and to ensure meat does not spoil the delivery does not need a signature, In the event that nobody is available to take delivery of your order at either your primary delivery address or you ask us to leave your goods unattended at a secure place, Natural Halal expressly disclaims all liability that may arise in consequence of the delivery being left unattended, including, without limitation, theft, tampering or contamination, however caused.

1.5 If your delivery is refused or not accepted at a recipient’s address, we cannot take responsibility for this and cannot offer a free replacement box.

1.6 In the event of situations that are out of our control, e.g. Extreme weather conditions, we may not be able to deliver your goods within our 2-3 day notice, we will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case. If your box has been affected from the outside because it was not taken in on a day where there is rain and therefore has affected the box, we will not be held liable for this. 

1.7 If you want to amend your order within 48 hours of delivery to either change any items or increase the quantity of items already ordered, please place another order and quote reference your order from before and we will be happy to ship further items together, if you want to change any items please contact us before 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange this for you if possible. 

1.8 Items are priced by weight, however for whole lamb orders and beef cuts the weight may vary as we clean, trim and cut your meat to how you would like, the products sold may typically vary from either a surplus or minus of 10% of weight stated on the item.

Amending or cancelling the contract

2.1 If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to give at least 48 notices before your delivery date.

2.2 If you wish to cancel your order within the 48 hour period, we may charge you in full for your order, as we may have to order items in advance to complete your order. 

2.3 Any cancellation request must be sent to us by email, via the contact us page, or call us and reference your order number prior to the 48 hour notice period and we will do our best to find a solution for you.

2.4 Where you order goods that are unavailable for any reason, we will contact you, to either arrange a replacement for the item or refund you the amount for the item within 3 days of reaching a solution agreed with yourself.

Unsatisfied with your order?

3.1 If you are unsatisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us via our email or call us on 02086823949 and quote reference your order number so that we will be able to assist you further. If you contact us via our email, you will receive a response within 2 working days. 

3.2 Here at natural halal all produce comes in store fresh from our farms daily, to ensure the highest quality fresh meat; where we cut and package your order to how you would like. You should make sure that you inspect all products immediately when recieved, in the case of you not being satisfied with your order please let us know via email with any pictures that could help us identify your issue better. Any complaints regarding the quality of our meat will be forwarded to our quality control team for further review which should take 24-48 hours to investigate. We will respond to your complaint with a solution if possible.

3.3 We will not be able to accept any returned items, due to the nature of the product; however if you are unhappy, we will try our best to find a solution within 48-72 hours of your complaint being made.

Courier service

4.1 Our courier service will deliver your order to the shipping address provided when your order was placed, they will send an sms text with a delivery time slot on the day of delivery. 

4.2 If you change your delivery date or location with the courier company, then you are going to be held liable for the delivery and any issues that may occur with the parcel arriving a day later than originally booked on our system. 

4.3 Here at natural halal our commitment to you is to safely dispatch your order to the address given and will not be held liable if you fail to receive your order because of an incorrect address provided or any changes to address made with our courier service.

Liability

5.1 We won’t be responsible for any indirect or subsequent loss, harm, or loss of profits resulting from our provision of or failure to provision of the goods to you.

5.2 Nothing in this agreement shall in any way restrict our liability for death or bodily damage resulting from our breach of contract, tort, or negligence, nor shall it affect any legal rights you may have as a consumer.

5.3 For any incidental or consequential damage, neither you nor any other person may hold us responsible.

5.4 Once the products have been delivered to the address or safe location specified in your order, we are no longer responsible for them.

5.5 Our product will arrive to you in pristine condition thanks to our packaging, but it is your obligation to make sure that all perishable items are chilled as soon as possible after delivery. In addition, we won’t be responsible for anything you or a third party does to the goods or any future degradation in the product if you move, transport, or deliver the items to any other place after we deliver them.

5.6 The minimum and maximum weight cannot always be guaranteed due to the nature of some products. We won’t be held responsible for underweight or overweight products; the price listed is the price per unit. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the precise weight of each product offered individually.

5.7 Please be aware that although we will try to ensure uninterrupted access to our website and error-free transmission, we are unable to guarantee it due to the nature of the internet. In order to make repairs, maintenance, or enhancements, access may occasionally be paused or limited. Such occurrences will be kept to a minimum, and we’ll work to have full access back as quickly as we can.

General

6.1 The complete agreement between us is outlined in these terms and conditions. Our ability to rely on any of our rights in the future will not be affected by any failure by us to pursue any of our rights under this Agreement.

6.2 If a delay or failure results from circumstances that are out of our reasonable control, we won’t be held responsible.

6.3 The terms and conditions in effect at the time you make a purchase will not be affected by any changes we make to our website, policies, or terms and conditions in the future.

6.4 Despite our best efforts to guarantee that all product descriptions, photos, information, and prices are correct, we disclaim all responsibility for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. Colour and form could differ from what is depicted on the internet.

6.5 Both parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, which will apply the laws of England and Wales to this Agreement.

Customer Account

7.1 You must be older than 18 years old, need delivery in our area, and have a credit or debit card in your name that we accept in order to make an order with us.

7.2 We reserve the right to reject any order or, in our sole discretion, to suspend your account with us.

7.3 When you submit your order, our terms and conditions will be applicable.
